What: Trail Day on Christmas Valley Trail
Where: South Upper Truckee parking lot
When: Saturday August 20th from 9am to 4pm.
Bring: Long sleeves, pants, sturdy boots, gloves and a friend to also pitch in
TAMBA now has a Volunteer Service Agreement (VSA) with the USFS and this will be our 2nd official trail building day. This is a huge step for us as mountain bikers. We will be working on rounding turns, enhancing flow, bashing down square edge rocks, and fixing drainage problems. Free lunch and post work bbq with drinks will be provided to all volunteers (plus some schwag to give away). Meet at 9am at the lower parking lot on South Upper Truckee, and remember that any time you can volunteer for all or just part of the day is much needed!
